Product description: UV series UV curable coatings have the characteristics of fast curing, high smooth, endurable for water cook, high chemical resistance, high wear resistance and high hardness ect.
Main components: Oligomer, Active diluent, Initiator, Auxiliary, organic solvent.
Applicable products: Applied to 3C electronic products, TV sets, cosmetics etc.
Applicable base materials: ABS、PC、ABS+PC、PMMA、PP、TPU、Metal and other plastic products; if match the appropriate primer also suitable for glass, pet and nylon etc.
Environmental conformance: Meet the requirements of ROHS.

1.Please stir well before use;
2.Please carry out pre treatment according to actual needs, such as ultrasonic cleaning, phosphating, sand blasting, etc.
3.Please use 500 mesh filter net for filtering;
4.The viscosity of primer should not be too high, otherwise it is easy to get rough surface like the orange peel and surface should not be too thin, otherwise it will easy to get pinholes, especially the coarse particle pearlescent silver powder varnish should not be too thick, otherwise it will crack and the interlayer is densely undesirable.
5.The bottom coating must be fully dry,otherwise it will cross the paint with the bottom and surface then influence on the lustre of the surface.
6.UV must be pre baked before light curing, otherwise whitening and other phenomena will appear.
7.The spraying and curing environment should be clean, and make sure any water can not remain in the air compressor.
8.Storage in a whole one, construction sites can not be exposed directly in the sunlight.

Storage conditions: Stored in a cool, dry, special chemical reservoir, away from the fire source。
